Let’s get your note moving.

Include the iPhone model, iOS version, FWD version, and what you expected to happen. Never email us a verification code or private note.

Common fixes

Code did not arrive

Confirm the address, check spam or promotions, allow a minute, then tap Send another code. Codes expire and can be used only once.

Code looks wrong

Use the newest six-digit code from fwd@socialintelligence.app. If you requested another code, the earlier one may no longer be current.

Note did not arrive

Open Archive to check delivery status and retry. Also confirm the active verified inbox and check the mailbox’s spam folder.

Share Sheet or Siri

Open FWD first and verify your inbox. Then enable FWD in the Share Sheet or add the FWD shortcut in Shortcuts.

Privacy

Notes pass through SIL and its delivery providers in readable form. See the Privacy Policy for limited-access and retention details.

Price

FWD 1.1 and later is free to use. There is no subscription, purchase, advertising, or tracking.
